Employability Training
Quite often women rescued from situations of sexual exploitation need resocialization in order to be able to work effectively in a new environment. The Employability Skill Training provides them the skills to be able to work effectively and live independently. The intensive 5-day training program focuses on vision and goal setting for oneself, finding and being part of a supportive network, communication skills, emotional intelligence and decision-making, managing hurt and harm, presentation of oneself and understanding workplace culture and relationships, and personal financial budgeting and management.
